“I just wanted you to know that as we have worked through this project the installers that have been assigned to the various phases have all been outstanding to work with. They show up on time, and focus on the task at hand. When an issue is encountered, it is promptly brought to my attention so that we can work through a resolution. Additionally, my project coordinator has been a very detailed and communicative scheduler. She follows-up well, makes adjustments as necessary, and is also good at resolving problems. They have all been a pleasure to work with.”

When we realized we might not have enough parts to complete the install they used their heads and worked with me to do as much as we could with the parts we had. Your installation supervisor is a great leader and inspires his crew to work for the client. We had many challenges on this install, but the installers caused none of them.
